How to find this multi-tool: You need to save and reload in the planet called Thethesapa fauna and check out the box for the multi-tool. I didn’t check if this method works, if you get the multi-tool this way leave a commentary.
Leave a beacon on the place where did you get multi-tools, is more easy to others players find.

The portal took me to a different planet so I flew to the moon stayed above. I saved and restarted on the moon. Went to space station straight after and it was waiting right there for me in the cabinet.
